  • We'll be there to coach you every week to ensure the quality and intensity of your training (roadside assistance).

Since nutrition plays a decisive role in achieving your goals, we've developed a program called Food Assistance for those who want to get more out of their training. 

You'll quickly see that our precise recommendations, based on concrete data, will untangle you and guide you towards the right path !

  • Subsequent consultation: $60 (30min.)
It's a three-step process :

1. The questionnaire

You will be given a pre-consultation document to fill in, which we will send you once you have registered.

2. Your first consultation-Initialization (30 min)

You'll board our In body 230 to get the data we need (body fat %, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, etc.). Then we'll review and analyze the pre-filled documentation.

3. Your second consultation - Recommendations (30 min)

We give you your dietary strategy, with valuable recommendations to follow according to your goals. Each subsequent consultation (30 min) consists of an In body 230 analysis and adjustments to the recommendations based on the new results.
